The series consists of mixed images from Norway, my host country, and from Greece, my home country.
In my work I often use the context of peripatetic photography which is based on Aristotelian philosophy of peripatetics. The later means "of strolling", and is a process where by walking and by observing the environment around, you dive into a peaceful condition where you let yourself free and unbiased to photograph unconsciously without any context.
Inspired from this process I cherish long camera walks with the aim to understand after the photographic process ends, the surroundings by experiencing the topos = space (“τόπος” in Greek). The textures around me, the snow, the colour of cold, the twilight time, and my long camera walks are testimony of my existence in the new place.
